{"id":35,"date":"2020-07-06T17:40:21","date_gmt":"2020-07-06T08:40:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldwide-wallet.net\/ja\/?page_id=35"},"modified":"2020-09-05T15:02:55","modified_gmt":"2020-09-05T06:02:55","slug":"aml","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/worldwide-wallet.biz\/ja\/aml\/","title":{"rendered":"Anti-Money Laundering Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5>Glow Co., Ltd<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>We, Glow Co., Ltd, hereby acknowledge an importance of preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and financing of proliferation (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;ML\/TF&#8221;) and shall make our best effort to prevent ourselves and our group companies (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;GLOW&#8221;), including our customers and our employees, from engaging and\/ or providing assistance to engage in ML\/TF in order to contribute to maintain a stability and assist a development of the sound global financial system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"my-5\">\n\n\n\n<h5>Policy<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>GLOW shall comply with any laws and regulations related to preventing ML\/TF that apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GLOW shall not accept any customers or transactions involved with ML\/TF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GLOW shall establish an appropriate framework to prevent ML\/TF and conduct the following measures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Risk assessment of ML\/TF<\/li><li>Customer Due Diligence such as KYC for preventing ML\/TF<\/li><li>Suspicious activity reporting and implementing applicable measures such as Asset Freeze<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"my-5\">\n\n\n\n<h5>Management Framework<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to establish an appropriate framework to prevent ML\/TF, GLOW shall implement the following measures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Establishment and development of the organizational structure, policies and procedures for preventing ML\/TF<\/li><li>Trainings to ensure all directors and employees understand the importance of preventing ML\/TF and awareness of each role and responsibility in the framework<\/li><li>Assessment of compliance status of the framework for preventing ML\/TF and sustained improvement of framework, based on the results of the assessment<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Glow Co., Ltd We, Glow Co., Ltd, hereby acknowledge an importance of preventing money laundering, terrorist fi [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":150,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/worldwide-wallet.biz\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/35"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/worldwide-wallet.biz\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/worldwide-wallet.biz\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/worldwide-wallet.biz\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/worldwide-wallet.biz\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=35"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/worldwide-wallet.biz\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/35\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/worldwide-wallet.biz\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=35"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
